After last week's super fun Shiba meetup, we were excited to hear that we would get another chance for some quality face time with our Rodel family. Mac, Henley's Great Uncle, had plans to meet up with another Rodel pup, Sophie, and was kind enough to let us tag along. Sophie is Mac's niece and Henley's Aunt. They both seemed amused by Henley's whipersnaperness.
The reunion was at Cabin John Dog Park in Maryland. It's about 30 minutes from us and we haven't been before, but it was definitely worth the drive. Henley had a blast wearing himself out and catching up with Sophie and Mac. He ran around so much, he conked out as soon as he got in the car. There's another Shiba meetup at Cabin John next week and we're definitely going to try to make it. How can we deny Henley another chance to see his Shiba family?

Great seeing your family out! Sorry Mac was being a grumpy old man and did not play much, but it is always great to see Henley running laps around the bigger dogs - he represents Team Shibas well. ;-)
