Most of the time Henley resides in our big red chair, but since we've moved, he's rediscovered the appeal of the couch. One reason is because he can gaze out the sliding door at the deer and chipmunks and two because it puts him in closer proximity to any snacks we might be enjoying. As you can see by the last picture, Henley and Hunter are in intense negotiations regarding some mozzarella bread from Friday's take out.
In addition to the big red chair and the couch, there are various spots on the carpet and hardwood that Henley enjoys on a regular rotation, making almost every inch of our apartment a Shiba approved location.
Where is your Shiba's favorite sleep spot(s)?
yeaa...Hiro isn't allowed on my couch. maybe when i get a couch cover for it....mine cost me an arm and a leg. =P
ReplyDeleteI would like to point out that I "won" the negotiations and Henley did not get any of my dinner
ReplyDeleteToshi shares all of our space as well, including our bed.....As soon as he knows we are heading upstairs for the night he grabs a toy and is waiting for us on the bed. I would say it has turned into his favorite sleeping spot...
ReplyDeleteRobin used to love climbing on the top of our couch. She'd lounge almost like a cat. Now that we've got a new couch, she just nestles between us on the cushions. But she does make sure to let the new puppy know that his place is on the floor and her place is on the couch. Poor guy.
